You have carried enough alone.
Pursuing Healing is a six-week trauma-informed psychoeducational group for women who are ready to better understand the impact of trauma, develop practical tools for emotional safety, and begin rebuilding trust in themselves and their next steps.
This is not a group where women are expected to retell every detail of what happened to them. Participants choose what they share. The focus is on understanding what trauma changed, learning how to work with those changes, and intentionally pursuing what comes next.
Through guided education, reflection, discussion, and practical skill-building, participants will explore how trauma can affect the body, emotions, beliefs, relationships, boundaries, and sense of identity—without shame.
