Gratitude is more than simply saying “thank you.” It is the practice of slowing down long enough to recognize the people, experiences, strengths, and moments that bring meaning to our lives.
Pursuing Gratitude is a two-hour interactive workshop centered on mindfulness, reflection, creativity, and connection.
Participants will be guided through gratitude-focused activities designed to help them intentionally notice what is going well, recognize meaningful moments that can easily be overlooked, and explore simple ways to incorporate gratitude into everyday life.
During the workshop, participants will:
Explore what gratitude means beyond simply “being thankful”
Practice slowing down and noticing positive moments
Participate in guided gratitude reflection
Explore creative ways to express appreciation
Develop simple gratitude practices that can be continued at home
Connect with others through meaningful activities and conversation
Participants will leave with practical ways to continue cultivating gratitude throughout the holiday season and beyond.
No previous mindfulness or journaling experience is necessary.
Advance registration required. Space is limited.
