Being a teenager comes with a lot of pressure; fitting in, figuring out who you are, navigating friendships, comparing yourself to others, succeeding in school, and worrying about what everyone else thinks.
Teen Confidence: Own Who You Are is a two-hour interactive workshop designed to help teens strengthen their confidence, recognize their individual strengths, and develop a healthier relationship with themselves.
Through guided activities, group discussion, reflection, and practical confidence-building exercises, participants will explore the thoughts and experiences that can cause them to question themselves while learning strategies for showing up more authentically and confidently.
What confidence actually looks and feels like
Identifying personal strengths and positive qualities
Recognizing and challenging negative self-talk
Managing comparison and outside pressure
Developing healthier internal dialogue
Practicing boundaries and self-advocacy
Building confidence without needing approval from others
This is a supportive, judgment-free space where teens can connect, reflect, and practice being more comfortable with exactly who they are.
Advance registration required. Space is limited.
