Price: $25 all materials are provided

What happens when we stop worrying about creating the “right” thing and simply create together?

Creating Connections is an interactive creative wellness workshop centered on expression, reflection, and connection with others.

Participants will work together in small groups to choose a meaningful theme — such as love, growth, forgiveness, conflict, hope, dreams, or another idea that resonates with the group. Using a shared canvas or large piece of paper, everyone will contribute to one collective creation through drawing, color, words, shapes, or imagery.

Once the piece is complete, participants will reflect on what they notice, give words to their individual experiences, and work together to create a title representing their shared piece.

During this workshop, participants will:

  • Explore thoughts and emotions through creative expression

  • Participate in a collaborative group art experience

  • Practice curiosity and self-expression without judgment

  • Discover how different perspectives can exist within one shared experience

  • Reflect on the meaning, imagery, and insights that emerge through the creative process

  • Build connection through shared creativity and conversation

No artistic ability or previous art experience is needed. This workshop is about expression and connection — not artistic performance.

Advance registration required. Space is limited.
