From Conflict to Connection is a 4-week experiential workshop held on Tuesdays in March from 5:30–6:30 PM at Pursuing Wellness. This series is designed to help you understand conflict more deeply and communicate in healthier, more confident, and more compassionate ways.
Conflict is a normal part of every relationship — but many of us were never taught how to communicate our needs, manage emotions, or work through disagreements effectively. This workshop blends teaching, reflection, guided practice, and real-life application so you can begin communicating differently immediately.
Over Four Weeks, You Will Learn:
The root causes of conflict & how communication patterns form
How to stay grounded and regulated during emotional moments
How to express needs clearly without shutting down or becoming reactive
How to recognize and replace communication habits like criticism, defensiveness, and shutdown
Healthy boundary-setting and assertive, calm communication skills
Practical conflict-resolution strategies to create win-win outcomes
This program is open to individuals and couples, and the tools you gain will support healthier communication in every area of life: home, work, friendships, and relationships.
